Terms of Use

Welcome to the Erin Lovell Verinder (“Site”). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).

The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Become The Forest Pty Ltd (“Company”).  

The contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.

Protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information as it is transmitted to our server. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than Erin Lovell Verinder.

To double-check for security, you can tell that the “http” in the web address will be replaced by “https”.

 

What information we collect

We collect information from you when you register on our Site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

 

What do we use your information for

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience. Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.

  • To improve our website. We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

  • To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

  • To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

 

Prices and Payments

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) (as applicable). The prices indicated on the Site may change at any time without advance notice to you. Purchases will be charged at the price in force at the time your order is validated. 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product or service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you, or to a third party, for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product or service.

We may from time to time provide discounted products and/or services. You may only use one discount code with each purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code. We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a maximum order value. Discount codes and/or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

We offer the option to pay for our products and/or services by credit card or such other method of payment as indicated on our Site. You acknowledge and agree to make timely and full payments to us for the products and/or services purchased. Where you use a credit card, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to use that credit card. You authorise us to automatically charge the credit card on file for any and all payment balances owed and agree to keep all billing information current at all times. Where you fail to make payment or payment is declined for any reason, we may revoke your access to our products or services. 

 

Cancellations

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the Services, or reschedule them at a mutually convenient time, for any reason. If the Services have been cancelled by us and not rescheduled, we will refund the fees paid for the cancelled portion of the Services.

Should you need to cancel any part of our services for any reason, or you wish to reschedule the services, you acknowledge that you may be liable for an additional fee.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any breach of a third-party contract or any supplier contract to the services, including to the extent that this means the services may not proceed. 

Where a Force Majeure event necessitates that any part of our services be cancelled or postponed, you acknowledge that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result. 

 

Refunds

You will only be entitled to a refund at our sole discretion or where we determine that we are unable to perform the services for any reason. You acknowledge that you do not obtain the right to a refund where you have changed your mind, or you insist on our services being performed in a way that is against our advice. 

Refunds in lieu of money (such as credit for other services) may be offered to you at our sole discretion. 

 

Blossom Mentorship Immersion Online Course

In addition to the terms set forth herein, the following terms apply if you purchase or access the Blossom Mentroship Immersion Online Course: 


Access: The Blossom Mentorship Immersion Online Course (“Course”) is a digital product, which includes, but is not limited, to course content, written content, recorded video and audio content, live and pre-recorded calls, and discussions in Course related forums (collectively, “Materials”). The Course is for your own personal use, not for agencies or companies. You agree not to share access to or the contents of the Course with anyone who is not a customer of record with the Company. In order to use the Course, you will be required to create an account by providing information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password and other personal information. Your access to the Course may be revoked, without refund, for failure to abide by these Terms of Service or for failure to make timely and full payments to the Company for your purchase of the Course.


Payment Policy: At the time of purchase, you will have the option of selecting between subscription instalment plans or a pay-in-full option. Regardless of whether you select a subscription instalment payment plan or a pay-in-full option, you agree to make timely and full payments to the Company for the Course. If you choose the subscription payment plan, your first payment will be made the day you enrol, with the following payments automatically made on the same day of the month for the following months. The full amount for the Course is due to the Company even if you choose not to or are unable to complete the Course or request to cancel your subscription. You authorise Company to automatically charge the credit card on file for any and all Course balances owed and you agree to keep this information current and up-to-date with the Company. If any payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Company may remove you from the Course without liability or refund. Your removal from the Course due to your failure to pay the requisite Course fee does not excuse you from your obligation to pay the amounts owed in full.


Refund Policy: You will only be entitled to a refund at our sole discretion or where we determine that we are unable to perform the services for any reason. You acknowledge that you do not obtain the right to a refund where you have changed your mind, or you insist on our services being performed in a way that is against our advice.

 

Privacy Policy

Erin Lovell Verinder will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. 

The Site collects personal information when you place an order, contact customer service, or register an account with us. This personal information includes contact information, payment information, or date of birth. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about it. We also collect personal information when you subscribe to our marketing newsletters. This information will be used to inform you of new products, promotions, offers, or updates on our site.

When you visit the Site, we do not collect your name, email or any other personal information until you register an account, place and order with us, contact customer service, or subscribe to our marketing newsletters.

We use cookies on the Site to give you the best experience possible. A cookie is a small text file that is stored to your computer or mobile device. The Site uses first-party cookies to store your details and carry forth services like remembering if you logged in, or if you added an item to your shopping bag. The Site uses third-party cookies to collect statistics to analyse traffic in tools such as Google Analytics. Erin Lovell Verinder will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

We need to send the information to companies who work on our behalf to provide a product or service to you. (e.g. giving our shipping partner your address to ship your order).

We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
