What is a mentorship immersion?

Blossom is a 5 month long mentorship immersion like no other! Crafted for herbalists and naturopaths looking to elevate and clarify their practice.

Being a solo practitioner can be such a pressure filled lonesome path to walk, finding community and support to help you navigate the isolation can feel like a mighty daunting task. This absolutely contributes to a super high burn out rate in our field, alongside many other factors like the sparkly drive you need to drum up to succeed and sustain, the fear of imposter syndrome so commonly experienced and the weight of responsibility you carry when holding your clients health in your hands. It is so important to find safe harbours and knowledgeable mentors to turn to, those who have been exactly where you are now and can offer lived experience from their well travelled path.

Blossom is an all encompassing antidote! Offering a truly profound way to fine tune the way you practice, clear up any confusion or lack of confidence you may hold, guide you to building your dream practice and along the way offer a deeper perspective and connectivity to the (often in our classical training) forgotten magic of herbalism.

The immersion is taught through 6 modules, released over a 5 month period.

This robust course packs in so much. We use all the mediums! Video, audio recordings, reflection prompts, beautifully designed written content and learning material, engaging bi monthly live group calls and access to our very own private community chat where you can interact with others and Erin.

This is no average course! We've custom designed this immersion with community in mind, to be interactive and a true journey. It is made for you to be super simple to navigate, smooth to engage with and easy on the mind, heart and eyes!

Hey there, I’m

I am bachelor trained Herbalist, Nutritionist, Energetic Healer and Author. I am deeply passionate about plants and people and the magic that happens in the reciprocity between them. As clinicians, we are the bridge.

I believe the plant path calls you, I heard this call as a small child and have been weaving my own green path ever since. Herbalism is my chosen career but it is also so fundamentally woven into how I walk in the world. I have dedicated my life to helping individuals but I am also on a mission to wake up and shake up the remembering of herbalism in the wider community.

I have become a leader in this field by crafting a unique career as a best selling author, successful clinician, industry speaker (including TEDx), community organiser and mentor. I have learnt so many valuable lessons along the way and I am so excited to share them with you.

I believe that knowledge is to be shared, I want to share what I have learnt and I want to save you from having to do this all alone! Learning in community accelerates growth by supporting you, challenging you and inspiring you. I believe this mentorship immersion will help you create the dream career you desire, navigate the (often) challenging terrain of private practice, find your voice and claim your spot to shine in this space.

These six modules make up the Blossom mentorship immersion and are delivered over 5 months, each module is a rich and informative journey that speaks to a particular part of practice.

ORIENTATION

GROUNDING IN

Orientation is where we meet each other, open space for introductions, you connect with Erin and learn the lay of the land for the modules ahead.

VISION QUEST

We will set up a clear vision and intention for your dream practice, by building confidence and breaking through held core-limiting beliefs.

MODULE TWO

CONNECTED HERBALISM

We go deep into the connectivity within herbalism, the magic of the plants and the unseen forces. Folk medicine, plant spirit study and energetics, so juicy!

MODULE THREE

DEEP LISTENING

An exploration on nurturing intuition to directly apply profound practices and insights with clients. We will find ways to listen deeper, determine the perfect remedies, learn the way of connected case strategy and produce peaceful (yet potent) protocols.

MODULE FOUR

SOLID FOUNDATIONS

Diving into the practical parts of practice, business skills, marketing, money and worth, scheduling and consultation structure.

SUSTAINABLE PRACTICE

An empowering unit on self care, maintaining vitality and vibrancy, customising your dream path with passion and purpose and avoiding the (dreaded) burn out.

  • We begin with crafting a crystal clear vision! This experiential module takes you on a journey into self and invites you to investigate the deeper layers. We focus on building confidence, breaking through core limiting beliefs and creating an empowering plan forward.

  • There is so much magic in the practice of Herbalism. This module explores the unseen forces and illuminates the connectivity between plants and people! Focusing in on the study of plant spirit medicine, the energetics of herbalism, folk methods and how to weave them into clinical practice.

    IN THIS MODULE

    • Learn the foundations of connected herbalism

    • Investigate your personal connection to plant magic

    • Engage in an intuitive plant study

    • Attune yourself to the energetics, and unseen forces

    • Explore dosing, including the potency and importance of drop dosing

    • Learn Erin’s herbal formulation pyramid, including synergistic layering of herbs

    • Integrate grass roots herbalism into your practice with clients

  • This module takes you on an adventure into activating and honing your intuition which builds upon what we have learnt in the prior module. We focus on applying deep listening for case strategy and management, remedy matching and prescribing and ultimately crafting profound protocols.

  • Dive deep into essential business skills! Erin reveals her tried and tested clinic management systems that she has honed for over a decade in her clinical practice. She shares super practical insights to help you demystify the often daunting realm of admin, social media and marketing.

    • Discover the pillars of running a thriving practice and the essential tools to set up your clinic

    • Finesse your pricing structures and work on any sticky matters of worth

    • Get insight into Erin’s robust clinic management systems, including her preferred practice management platform and dispensary operations

    • Gain branding, marketing and social media insights including a special appearance by our guest lecturer Noah, graphic designer and marketing whizz

  • A successful practice is a sustainable practice and what that really means is that it is sustainable for you! Self care is beyond important, we can only support our clients to flourish if we are are flourishing ourselves. In this final module we will look at setting healthy boundaries, restorative practices and actualising your dreams!

Course Content

A fresh and comprehensive six module online experience. With audio and video recordings, written guided content and beautifully designed resources, all contained within an easy to navigate online platform.

Community Access

You will have access to community and connection with Erin and your fellow practitioners on our secure and private platform. Engage in thoughtful discussions, real time chats and private DM’s all within a warm and safe container.

Live Sessions

Connect with Erin and the group on 2 live streams each month. These sessions are intended to deepen the theme of the module, allowing exploration of the topic and space for Q & A’s.

I know from experience that it can feel utterly daunting to find your way in this space. Frequently Asked Questions

  • The doors are open for enrolment from Sunday 14th January to Sunday February 4th.

  • This course is for students or practitioners who are herbalists, naturopaths or nutritionists with a keen interest in herbalism and applying it to their clinical practice.

  • No you do not! However a level of knowledge of clinical practice with herbal medicine is assumed. There are many roads to study in this space, so you may have completed a formal qualification from a college or university (Bachelor of Herbal Medicine or Naturopathy/Health science) or are studying one of these courses, or you may have trained or are studying herbalism in a private course setting.

  • Blossom is open to all practitioners and students worldwide.

  • Each association differs but you absolutely can claim CPE points for mentoring with multiple associations here in Australia and worldwide. Please check with your individual association.

  • Blossom is designed to be a journey. Each module is released on the first day of the month and is designed to be self paced. The fortnightly live sessions are scheduled to maintain a consistent pace and flow BUT this is your time and energy so take it as you need to.

  • You can upgrade to the Mentorship Immersion PLUS which includes 3 x private 1:1 mentorship sessions with Erin. Please note these must be scheduled within the 5 month immersion dates.

  • All live sessions will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing.

  • Yes, we absolutely do! Each intake of Blossom holds 1 placement for a full scholarship spot. Applications are open now and close on January 23rd. Details can be found here.

  • Yes, there is! We want to make it as accessible as possible so we have given an option for a monthly payment plan paid in 5 equal instalments.

  • All the content will be available for 24 months from the start of the course.
